The wheel uses gravity and the kinetic force of spinning arms and firing bullets to generate output torque that can be tapped for work to drive a generator. The outer weight on the up cycle compress the spring the arm then lock, this energy is now stored. On the down cycle the lock is pulled back by two gate arms, this release the energy in the spring, which propels the projectile/bullet upwards.
