Terms of Dealership / Distributor
Environ Energy Company will offer Dealership / Distributor on a term not exceeding 5 years. One year before the5 years is up Environ Energy Company may extend the Dealership / Distributor for a further 5 years.
• Environ Energy Company does not grant licence.
Environ Energy Company will only lease the generator and will co-ordinate the service of such generator with their dealership / distributor.
Printed materials will be available from the launch date.
Environ Energy Company will only sign dealership agreement with those who are financially sound.
Attending the launch is by invitation only.
Those wish to obtain dealership / distributor rights are advised to contact Environ Energy Company.
